Business Analyst / Project Manager for Underwriting Agency - 12 January 2009

In January 2009 PJS Consultants held a number of discussions with an existing contact who had identified that they needed to bring in a person with diverse areas of responsibility. These included Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Development and managing the relationship with their Software supplier.

PJS Consultants was able to quickly understand and define their requirement, document this and secure sign off for the requirement, the T&C's and the approach to find the right person.

Three highly qualified candidates were identified and CV's were submitted.

All three were interviewed and PJS Consultants contributed to the meeting to evaluate the canidates and assist the client who made the final decision on the selected candidate. It was not an easy decision as all three candidates were very good.

The basis of the offer was formulated and PJS Consultants presented this to the candidate. Within 3 days (including the weekend) acceptance was received and a start date was agreed.

The client now has the in house resource to enable them to deliver new products quickly to assist with the support and expansion of their business.

The candidate has a job that is challenging, rewarding and enjoyable and it offers excellent career prospects.

Both the client and the candidate are very happy.
