PJS Consultants treat each assignment as a project.
The first stage is to gain a detailed briefing which is documented and agreed with you so that the solution is tailored to your unique and specific requirements.
We source highly qualified candidates from a combination of advertising which is generally funded by us, our extensive network and database of candidates and Executive Search Consultancy (Headhunting)
Every Candidate is interviewed to ensure that they are suitably qualified and importantly to ensure that the vacancy satisfies their personal and professional aspirations. No CV's are submitted without joint agreement with the candidate. Candidates are Clients for PJS Consultants.
The key objective is to submit no more than 3 CV's and often one or two CV's to the client for highly qualified candidates for each vacancy.
Excellent communication is maintained throughout the entire process with the client and each candidate.
PJS Consultants is always actively involved at the offer stage acting as "the broker" between the client and the candidate, until a mutually agreeable offer is made and accepted.
If requested as part of the process, PJS Consultants is happy to obtain references for the client on the selected candidate based upon an agreed briefing.
A key objective in our professional strategic approach is to establish and maintain long-term relationships between Clients and Candidates based upon mutual trust and strict confidentiality.
