In order to be able to develop each of our partnerships, we talk with our clients to get a detailed briefing and understanding of our clients and the work we are doing with them. Once we have the detailed brief, we will qualify each and every prospective candidate before presenting them in front of the client, choosing to put fewer high quality candidates rather than submitting more unqualified CVs.
After developing prospective candidates which you are interested in, we liaise between the client and the prospective candidate through the business/recruitment process and ensure the smooth development of the relationship between the client and the prospective candidate.
