PJS Consultants treat each Executive Search Consulatncy assignment as a project working in partnership with our clients, ensuring that the right resources and skills are used to reach the best outcome. From first contact, we set out to build trusting and long lasting relationships with our clients to ensure the greatest possible success from our partnership.

In order to be able to develop each of our partnerships, we talk extensively with our clients to get a detailed briefing and understanding of our clients and the work we are doing with them. Once we have the detailed brief, we will qualify each and every prospective candidate before presenting them in front of the client, choosing to put fewer high quality candidates rather than submitting more unqualified CVs. Our goal is to submit no more than 2 or 3 CV's for high calibre people for each assignment that we handle.

After identifying and qualifying prospective candidates for each role, we liaise between the client and the prospective candidate throughout the entire process to ensure the smooth development of the relationship between the client and the candidates and most importantly a successful outcome for everyone involved.
